How we are navigating COVID 19

Belvoir Pavilions is registered as a COVID safe business with the NSW Government and as such we have a COVID-19 Safety Plan
and are committed to keeping our guests safe.

To safeguard our guests and the community as much as possible, we have taken the following steps to ensure our guests' stay with us is relaxing, peaceful and virus/stress free!

In line with current regulations we will be keeping records of everyone who stay at the property to ensure that immediate contact can be made if required.

Rest assured that we are all feeling fit and healthy and would urge if any of our guests feels unwell to let us know immediately and seek urgent medical help, including testing.

Three of our four bedrooms have a private patio/terrace so we are encouraging our guests to use these entrances during their stay rather than enter through the front door.  It will ensure that communal areas like the hall are infrequently used.  We also have several dedicated parking areas for our guests to reduce contact and maintain social distancing.

During the current COVID situation The Old Library  will no longer be available being the only room to not have its own private entrance.  Also this room shares the main bathroom with The Courtyard so until further notice this will now cease.  The Courtyard will now have exclusive use of the bathroom.  An exception would be in a situation where both rooms are booked by the same party.

Self-check is offered to all guests; although guests can opt to be personally greeted  upon initial arrival should they wish – maintaining social distancing of course!

Belvoir Pavilions has already consistently maintained an extremely high cleanliness standard and  applied stringent washing processes at all times.  However, we have modified our usual cleaning regime and have paid extra attention to high touch areas like door handles, light switches, TV remotes etc.   These have been sanitized prior to arrival and will be on a daily basis during our guests' stay here.

Dispensers of hand sanitizer are in  the front porch upon arrival and  in all rooms.

We benefit from living in a large, spread out dining area, inclusive of outdoor seating so guests can soak up some important vitamin D in our garden and private patios and enjoy some fresh air whilst knowing that they don’t need to be seated right on top of other guests.

Breakfast is normally served alfresco in the back terrace so in compliance with the current social distancing recommendations we are implementing a few modifications:

  1. Two couples can use the dining table in the back terrace at the one time and sit 2 metres apart.  For a full house, this may mean two separate sittings are required.  The table will be sanitized between each sitting.

  2. Alternatively, guests can opt to take a brekkie tray back into their room .
