ABOUT BELVOIR PAVILIONS
Welcome to Belvoir Pavilions – a bespoke country guest house retreat nestled between the historic town of Berry and Jervis Bay and a mere 2 hour drive from Sydney and just over 2 ½ hours from Canberra. We are a grand country style residence that offers visitors a tranquil, peaceful retreat on a beautiful property that boasts 2 ½ acres of lush, verdant garden abundant with plants and wildlife. We have 2 resident (very friendly) dogs, 1 cat and free range chickens on the property.
Crafted from an original 1910 cottage, this beautiful property is a combination of thoughtful restoration and visionary architecture; rare timbers celebrate the colonial heritage of Pavilions. The four bedrooms and studio are individually styled and include quality bed linen and toiletries. Three of the bedrooms have french doors leading to courtyards or verandas that overlook manicured gardens, walkways and fountains.
The extensively landscaped gardens present a popular destination for pre-wedding photos with guests enjoying the manicured lawns, multi varieties of flowers and plants and meandering pathways.
The location takes advantage of true village lifestyle, nestled among beautiful countryside, vineyards and outstanding coastlines. Enjoy weekend markets, eclectic cafes and stores in nearby Berry, Kangaroo Valley and Kiama with lazy walks along picturesque Seven Mile Beach and Shoalhaven - all within 10-25 minutes drive.
Ample fresh linen and towels
Enjoy comfortable, fresh bed linen and sumptuous Sheridan towels. Wrap yourself in soft thick towels when you stretch out on the poolside day beds and loungers.
The property is on NBN and due to the size of the house has two separate free wifi's
In addition to our resident dogs, cats and chickens, Belvoir Pavilions is a bird watcher's paradise. Flocks of black and white cockatoos are regular visitors as are gorgeous little wrens. It is not unusual to see a pair of eagles gliding overhead. Grouse frequent the bush areas in the lane at various times in the year.
Breakfast and Tea/Coffee
Belvoir Pavilions offer a Continental style breakfast consisting of variety of breads/toast, cereal or muesli, yoghurt and tea/coffee. We offer a wide range of local produce, jams, spreads and gourmet teas. Breakfast is served by the sun drenched north facing terrace or you are welcome to take it to your private verandah or enjoy it in the pool pavilion. Tea & Coffee making facilities are available in each room and the studio.
Gardens and pre wedding photo shoots
The grounds are extensively landscaped and abundant with trees, shrubs and manicured hedges. There are a huge variety of plants flowering at various seasons throughout the year. It is a perfect location and very popular for bridal parties.
Enjoy our stunning infinity edged outdoor pool with breathtaking views of Cambewerra Mountain. There is a comfortable daybed for relaxing and four sun loungers. To complete the perfect afternoon by the pool, you can enjoy lunch on the outdoor setting and take advantage of the fridge for storing your drinks.
THINGS TO DO
The property is surrounded by many wineries - the closest being less than 5 minutes drive. The challenge is deciding on how many to visit in one day. If you dont want to drive, there are fantastic tours on offer to our quests. Further details provided during your stay.

There are just so many that it's hard to know where to start..... from historic townships to white sandy beaches... the list is endless. All within 30 minutes of Belvoir Pavilions. Another option and a great way to explore the area is to take the scenic route - a circuit that will take you to the Cambewarra Lookout, then onto Kangaroo Valley , Bowral, Berrima and back through Berry.

Berry to the north and Nowra to the south have a huge choice of eclectic cafes and wonderful restaurants.
Belvoir Pavilions is the ideal location if you just want to stay at home and relax. The pool area is perfect for this in warm weather - it has outstanding views of the Cambewarra Mountains and surrounding countryside.
